Where a disposition at undervalue or gift is taking place or has taken place, which may be subject to the provisions of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985

Where a disposition at undervalue or gift is taking place in accordance with the conditions of a mortgage offer, which may be subject to the provisions of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985

Where provision of some or all of the contracted deposit is by a parent or relative of the purchaser and the Transfer of the property may subsequently be subject to the provisions of the Insolvency Act
